Machitis Coaching and Consulting is not a stock program. It's a firm dedicated to finding unique solutions to the nuanced issues facing individuals and organizations today. While individual coaching may be the heart of our offerings, it is just one of the many ways we are primed and ready to meet your individual needs.

Individual and Cohort Coaching
The heart of any coaching service is the 1:1 interactions between the client and the coach. Individual coaching at Machitis is our signature service and is generally conducted virtually. Cohorts have the added value of team-building sessions in addition to regular individual coaching sessions. Sessions typically run for 1 hour and occur weekly. Since consistency is the key to success in personal development, our individual coaching plans are designed to take place over 12-24 consecutive weeks. The content of each session will vary based on the needs of the client and the goals that are collaboratively set with the coach. In every case, however, the coach will track those goals and keep the client accountable to achieving them. The purpose of coaching is to act as a faithful guide while the client learns to take control of their own performance. At Machitis, we take that responsibility seriously and wholeheartedly invest in the development of each and every client.
Machitis Leadership Academy
Coaching is a fantastic resource for individual service, however, sometimes, there is a specific educational need that can best be addressed by an online course or more thorough education offering. The Machitis Leadership Academy is here to meet those needs with both full-length programs and a-la cart offerings. Machitis Foundations of Leadership is a self-paced video and exercise course designed to lay the groundwork of Machitis Leadership. Machitis Certified Leadership Associate is a live virtual course covering associate level leadership concepts and leads to the MCLA certification. Machitis Certified Leadership Professional (MCLP Certification) is also a live virtual course that builds on the associate level learning and adds advanced material for those professionals interested in being truly upwardly mobile. Finally, the Machitis Master Leader (MML Certification) program is a combination of live education and individual coaching meant to prepare professionals for the challenges of being an executive level thinker and leader.
